Let's see how effective that shield really is.
The official Captain America Facebook page released a new poster Saturday for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, featuring an exposed Cap beset by SHIELD aircraft and explosions. It's nothing too new or exciting, per se, but it gives us a closer look at the details on Cap's new SHIELD costume.
It's also interesting to note that he's exposed as Steve Rogers, a plot point on which the advertising seems to focus a lot.
Bates Motel is back Monday night, as Season 2 of the twisted tale of Norma Bates and her son Norman begins.
Carlton Cuse, who executive produces Bates Motel with Kerry Ehrin, told me, "I'm very excited about Bates Motel: Season 2. I think we see these characters cover a lot of ground over the 10 episodes this season. That was really rewarding as storytellers for Kerry Ehrin and I. I think it's a journey that seems sunny at first, but it has wonderful other dimensions and qualities that are revealed."
Cuse elaborated, "It sort of seems at the beginning of the season that Norma and Norman are going to get the life that they've always wanted in this town, which makes what actually happens I think all the more engaging and poignant. I feel like the show's really finding its legs in the second season. Our cast is a dream, and it was really fun doing this season of the show."
With nearly 250 episodes under its belt, South Park is one of the most successful and long-running animated comedies of all time (second only to The Simpsons). Since its debut on Comedy Central in 1997, the series has delivered a wide range of unique stories, all of them courtesy of Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the creators. More recently, though, Matt and Trey have been hard at work on South Park: The Stick of Truth, their new video game title due out March 4th.
To celebrate the game's long-awaited release, we've compiled a Top 10 Episodes of South Park list, looking at the entire series so far, up through Season 17.
Narrowing the list down to just 10 episodes was a tough process, and of course there are still some classics that didn't make the cut. Other episodes that almost made the list include "Good Times with Weapons," "Super Best Friends," "Asspen" and any one of this season's Black Friday episodes. But, as awesome as those episodes were (and still are), the following 10 are what we consider to be the best of the best. As always, though, we'd love to hear your favorites in the comments below!

No, "VI." wasn't exactly the explosive adventure that last week's chapter was (although there was actually a very large explosion), but it kept the tension firm at hand while also giving us a whole new mystery regarding Flint - making us, the viewer, wonder if he can be trusted.
Now granted, we know he can't be trusted-trusted. Not really. As we saw him lie to his crew about having the schedule page in the very first episode. But we've come to accept that Flint makes judgment calls based on what he deems to be the common good. Or whenever he has to sell something to his crew that he knows they won't accept. But this time we didn't get to see what happened with Billy. And if Flint did, in fact, toss Billy overboard, then he's actually a much darker and complex character than we anticipated. Because, lying aside, we know (or knew) Flint to be a loyal man to his crew. Especially those in his inner circle. So now we have to reevaluate Flint, who quite possibly couldn't risk Billy going to the crew with the contents of Miranda's pardon letter. And therefore resorted to murder.
After sixteen days, thousands of players have managed to defeat Pokemon Red through the social experiment Twitch Plays Pokemon - and now the channel shows that something new might be on its way.
At the time of writing, less than nine hours remain on a countdown that promises the beginning of a "new adventure" for the popular channel. The channel has been changed to suggest that the next game up for mass play is Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal.
