Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Walkthrough - Horace's Riddles: Castaway Cove IGN PS3

IGN gives you the quick solution to Horace's Riddles in Ni No Kuni on the PS3. In Castaway Cove, on the bridge near the docks, you'll find Horace with another riddle. He asks you to translate the Naazcan text on the Tools of Wizardry page in the Wizard's Companion - it's not the doodles at the top of the page, but rather the markings on the robe of the wizard in the illustration. It translates to "Finest Fiber"
