Stray Bullets is a comic book that affects you. I remember reading the collections back in the day and being struck by their honesty, violence and bleak outlook. Bad things happen in these comics. Really bad things. There's a brutal sense of futility and sadness on on these pages, something realistic in a horrific way. If you haven't read Stray Bullets before, you are in for a treat, and by “treat” I mean crushing despair and dread.
