The Big Bang Theory: "The Friendship Turbulence" Review IGN All

One of the recurring elements of Big Bang Theory's seventh season I've enjoyed is the increased emphasis on slightly less character pairings. When a series lasts this long, you really have to shake up the dynamics and make sure not every episode revolves around Sheldon, Leonard, and Penny. And while "The Friendship Turbulence" did have one subplot focused on Leonard and Penny, it balanced that out with others that paired Sheldon with Wolowitz and Amy with Raj. The end result was a nice mix of the familiar and the new. Unfortunately, the decision to focus equal attention on all three plotlines ensured that none really received the attention it deserved.
