As South Park has continued through the years, the show has turned its gaze outward to tackling (and viscously parodying) celebrities of all kinds. These episodes are surprisingly timely and effective, partly due to the fact that an episode of South Park is made much more quickly than a typical animated series. South Park has become the epicenter for a wide variety of cultural criticism, tackling virtually every issue -- large and small -- at one time or another.
