Marvel Comics held a press call, led by Marvel PR man Chris D'Lando, to discuss the upcoming Inhuman comic book with writer Charles Soule and editor Nick Lowe. Inhuman #1 will hit on April 2.
Inhuman spins out of the end of last year's Infinity event where Inhuman King Black Bolt, under attack from Thanos, detonated the floating city of Attilan. The true purpose was not to destroy Thanos, but to unleash Terrigen Mists across the planet that would transform anyone with Inhuman genes into a super-powered being. Blackbolt escaped, but is believed dead by everyone, including his queen Medusa, who now rules the Inhumans.
