After weeks of speculation, Commander Shepard has announced that Marcus Fenix will stand by his side representing Xbox 360 in the 2012 Video Game Presidential Election !
An IGN source suggests that Fenix was second choice for the position. Shepard originally asked Halo icon Master Chief -- the candidate he narrowly beat to accept the nomination -- but Chief turned down the offer. When asked about the rumor, Fenix told IGN “AAAAGGHHHHH COME ON!”
