The Onderon storyline wrapped up this week with an ending that brought some unexpected tragedy to the proceedings. Well, unexpected in who that tragedy was centered around.
It felt like this whole storyline was headed towards someone dying – that it was unlikely these plucky young Rebels could go through their baptism by fire without losing one of their key players. But I initially figured it would be Lux, as his death would impact Ahsoka the most personally. But as Steela took a more commanding role, I also figured Saw might buy it too – and even wondered if both Lux and Saw might be in trouble, forging Steela into a “I’ve lost everyone I loved but I shall fight on” warrior.
