As Marvel continues to explore the digital canvas with their impressive Infinite Comics, they are taking the initiative one step further by tying them into one of their successful multi-media projects, the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon that airs on Disney XD. Free for the duration of New York Comic-Con (October 12-14) and jumping up to $1.99 afterwards, Ultimate Spider-Man: Final Exam is now live on the Marvel Comics app powered by Comixology.
Written by Matt Kindt with art by Ramon Bachs, this story ties directly into the cartoon universe and explores a storyline in which Peter Parker is running late for his training with S.H.I.E.L.D. due to an alien ship that crash lands on Earth. As a bonus, it guest-stars New York City's Mayor Bloomberg.
