Things continue to move quickly on Last Resort. I was very happy to see the reveal on who the mole is come out after just one week – though of course, the Colorado crew are still in the dark. It was hardly a “Holy crap!” reveal, but at the same time, it didn’t feel unbelievable. I actually spent much of the episode wondering if it would turn out to be Prosser, even though he may have been a pretty on-the-nose choice. The whole episode he was notably off in his whole storyline, but when he was being patted down by Julian’s men, I figured they’d fine the key.
But no, it was Cortez – who we found out did not sleep with Julian while she was his prisoner, but rather… offered to be his mole! Hey, she herself told Grace that deal was off because he killed one of her comrades, not because, you know, she wouldn’t do it.
