The success of the Avengers movie last year has Marvel searching for new ways to exploit that popularity in other media. Though Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes was already chronicling the team's adventures on the small screen, Marvel elected to cancel that series and replace it with a newer and more movie-inspired follow-up. The result is Marvel's Avengers Assemble. The series officially premieres this Sunday on Disney XD, though the first half of the one-hour premiere is currently available for free download on iTunes.
