I've been waiting the entirety of the New 52's existence for a consistently good Suicide Squad title. With Ales Kot and Patrick Zircher now helming the series, that dream is within reach. Issue #21 falls a bit short of the mark established by his debut, mainly because of a choppier script. But the strong dialogue, characterization, great visuals, and overall darker tone remain in full effect.
