Savage Wolverine #9 is the start of a new arc, with Jock jumping to the driver's seat and sending everyone's favorite mutant into space and battling giant fleas. This is the polar opposite of the previous arc, which is half the fun of this title. This issue is light on story, but makes up for that with its stunning artwork. If you don't feel like following the main, intertwined Marvel books, then Savage Wolverine is the kind of superhero book you should be reading.
