Most months at IGN Comics, we publish the new solicitations from Marvel and DC and leave it at that. Formatting those solicits is tedious work, and it's never seemed like the effort is justified for the various smaller publishers. But on the other hand, not every major new comic is accompanied by a press release. Are we missing out on key announcements by ignoring solicits from publishers like Image, Dark Horse, and IDW?
That's why we're trying something new this month. This article doesn't reprint every solicit from every publisher, but merely focuses on the the most interesting and important books being solicited for March 2014. If this is something you'd like to see regularly, let us know.
