Nintendo revealed today that Rosalina, the powerful female figure from Super Mario Galaxy on Wii, will be a playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS.
Rosalina is now the 19th playable character confirmed for Smash Bros since its E3 2013 trailer debut. Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS was originally announced via Nintendo Direct in January 2013. A Super Mario galaxy themed stage was unveiled on Miiverse by Smash creator Masahiro Sakurai in mid-November.
