Fallout developer Bethesda has confirmed it is working to return classic titles in the franchise to Steam following their recent disappearance.
Last month, the original Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics were all removed from Steam following changes to licensing agreements. While this won't affect anyone that's already purchased the games, it does mean no one else can for the time being.
Thankfully, it seems everything is under control, with Bethesda confirming that it's working to return the titles to the store as soon as possible.
We’re working to return classic @Fallout games (1, 2, Tactics) to Steam and will provide an update when they’re ready to go.
