Hopefully, everyone in Los Santos purchased flood insurance. A modder by the name of Bushigan has offered up a simple file that will place the downtown area in Grand Theft Auto V underwater. But while actually installing the mod file seems simple enough, you'll also need a jailbroken PlayStation 3.
A YouTube video has given us a glimpse of Los Santos post-tsunami, and the results are pretty amazing. Cars, light poles, and people float through the underwater city while the player swims around in scuba gear. A second video features--of course--a submarine floating through the streets.
