Former Nightwing writer Kyle Higgins has joined the writing team of the DC weekly series Batman: Eternal. Higgins departed Nightwing as of Issue #29 (which hasn't come out yet, but you know how these things go), leaving James Tynion IV to write the series finale in Issue #30.
Batman: Eternal is a year-long story by writers Scott Snyder, Tynion, Ray Fawkes, Tim Seeley, and formerly John Layman. After completing work on the first month’s worth of issues, Layman left the project to focus on Chew and his other creator owned work, which has allowed Higgins to join in.
