There's a lot going on in Sex Criminals #4, but it's strangely not enough. At the end of issue #3, Jon and Suzie -- mostly Jon -- came up with the idea to rob a bank using the power of sex, which put them in the situation in which we first met them in the series' first installment. So far, writer Matt Fraction and artist Chip Zdarsky have been playing an elaborate game of catch-up since that first orgasmic moment by weaving backstory in with present day action in an expertly woven tapestry. Here, that strategy begins to wear a bit thin, as the plot begins to stagnate.
