Frozen topped this weekend's box office with $20.7 million in the Disney film's fifth weekend in release. With a total domestic haul now of $297.8 million, Frozen has bumped Man of Steel ($291 million) from fourth place among the highest-grossing releases of 2013.
Meanwhile, new release Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, a spinoff aimed at Latino audiences, had the lowest wide release opening yet for the Paranormal franchise with a second place bow of $18.2 million. That's nothing for Paramount to cry much about considering The Marked Ones cost a mere $5 million to produce.
