We've officially entered an Age of Original Online Content. Amazon Studios has already joined that club, and it seems like they're cementing their membership. They've just announced their original comedy series Alpha House will return for Season 2, and they're also moving forward with 6 new series in a variety of genres and formats.
Season 1 of Alpha House premiered in November and has since become the most popular TV season on Amazon Instant Video, collecting over 6,000 5-star reviews. John Goodman, Mark Consuelos, Clark Johnson, and Matt Malloy will all return for the new season, and production is slated to begin this summer.
