Deadbeat is a Hulu original series that focuses on the supernatural and plays like a cross between The Sixth Sense and Clerks. The 10-part series premieres on Wednesday, April 9th and stars Tyler Labine (Reaper, Tucker and Dale vs Evil) as Kevin Pacalioglu, a hapless medium who helps the dead to resolve issues that have prevented them from moving on into the light.
We’ve seen the pilot, and it’s a blast, Labine bringing the funny as the hapless Kevin, and Cat Deely equally hilarious as a celebrity medium who can’t actually see the dead.
