This week is somewhat jam-packed, with a new free-to-play Nintendo-made game on 3DS, the debut of Game Boy Advance games on the Wii U Virtual Console, and a new Batman release on Wii U. Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is something everyone with a 3DS should try, especially since it's free and you can haggle with an aging baseball player dog. The GBA lineup this week is awesome, and includes Metroid Fusion, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, and Advance Wars. Next week will bring more GBA tidings of good cheer.
Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - Deluxe Edition ($19.99)
After coming out on 3DS last year, the Metroid-like Arkham Origins Blackgate makes its way to the Wii U eShop. With an improved map and upgraded graphics, this might be the definitive way to experience the latest game from Armature, a studio created by former Metroid Prime leads.
