ABC has granted the Tim Allen sitcom Last Man Standing a Season 4, as well as picking up multi-camera comedy Cristela, starring comedian Cristela Alonzo, and Nahnatchka Khan’s (Don't Trust the B, American Dad) single-camera comedy Fresh Off The Boat.

Deadline reports that ABC closed the deal on the two new comedies and the Last Man Standing renewal after "intense negotiations" with 20th Century Fox TV - due to disagreements regarding Last Man Standing licensing fees.
