Disney and Lucasfilm have today launched the first in a series of interactive storybooks chronicling Star Wars as standalone mobile applications. Dubbed Star Wars Journeys, each application will focus on a single film in the franchise, leading up to the 2015 release of Star Wars: Episode VII.
Star Wars Journeys: The Phantom Menace is available today for $7 USD on iOS devices and focuses on the plot of the first film. Users can relive the story through new original art, unlock hidden content in each interactive scene, and peruse a database of characters, locations and events in the Star Wars universe.
