First off, let us pause to celebrate that Hannibal is renewed for Season 3!!!
I’m ecstatic to hear Hannibal will be back again, as this show has proven to be a true TV treasure. And on the day it was renewed, Hannibal delivered another standout episode, as we saw just how evil Mason Verger is and got a lot more insight into what exactly is going on with Will Graham…
…Which is to say, he is indeed luring Hannibal in! Yes, it wasn’t shocking in and of itself that Freddie was alive, but it was incredibly cool how it was revealed. Jack had a notably diminished role the past couple of episodes, which made total sense now that we saw he was working with Will to sell the story of Freddie’s murder.
