The Disney Infinity roster is apparently about to expand, with Maleficent teased as becoming the next toy/character in the Avalanche Studios-developed franchise.
Over on Twitter, the Disney Infinity account wrote that "something wicked is coming, with a photo attached that strongly hints at Maleficent joining the roster. The teaser features the 2.0 Edition moniker, making Maleficent's inclusion seem set for Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes later this year.
Maleficent's announcement would make a lot of sense, with the live-action film starring Angelina Jolie premiering in North America on May 30. Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes was revealed late last month, with a focus on The Avengers, but there will be new Disney-related characters for the 2.0 edition, which ups the level cap to 20.
