The CW has revealed its schedule for the 2014-2015 season -- which will see the addition of two DC Comics-based shows, The Flash and iZombie -- but will not include its now cancelled series, The Carrie Diaries, The Tomorrow People and Star-Crossed.
The Carrie Diaries will end after a two-season stint. While the Sex and the City prequel had a strong initial fan base, it was not large enough to merit its Monday night time-slot, prompting its move to Fridays. Star Amy B. Harris, among her other co-stars, already has new projects on the horizon, and the series' showrunner will join the writing team of HBO’s revived version of The Comeback.
