I'm currently in New York to cover the Upfronts, and with AMC not sending out press screeners for the ever-secretive Mad Men, I'm afraid I'm too swamped to be sure I'll be able to do a Mad Men review tonight or even by Monday morning - though I'll see if I can make time at least for a short review. I do intend to eventually review this episode at this URL as soon as possible, but in the meantime, here's a place you can chat about it in the comments, beginning when it airs on the east coast. Suffice to say, full spoilers follow for those who haven't seen it!
