Up until now, previous attempts at cloaking have been successful, albeit with one major flaw: the object being cloaked must remain stationary. The University of Rochester appears to have found a solution to this problem. Through the use of four lenses, designed to focus light rays then diverge them around an object, the University has been able to create a sort of 'cloak' that while looking through the first lens, hides the object out of sight, even while in motion, creating a three-dimensional, multi-directional form of cloaking.
