Square Enix has put an hour-long presentation up on their YouTube channel, and it contains, among other gems, over six solid minutes of straight-up gameplay footage from Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. The clip shows off a wide range of abilities for multiple characters, including King, Queen, Jack, Rem, and Eight.
The range of abilities looks pretty impressive, ranging from your standard direct damage spells, to some more interesting buffs and weapon skills. One character, Seven, is shown using a segmented sword/whip similar to that of Soul Calibur's Ivy. It allows her to cover wide areas with her melee attacks, which she can make from an appreciable distance due to the extendable nature of the weapon. One bare-knuckled fighter was able to enter a buffed state in which he could quickly blur his way from foe to foe like The Flash, obliterating enemies with one or two punches upon arrival.
