Tonight's episode of The Flash was a big one. Felicity Smoak came to town, giving viewers another taste of the shared DC Universe this show and Arrow are building. And Prison Break's Wentworth Miller made his debut as Captain Cold, one of Barry Allen's most iconic villains.
