A few days ago Marvel revealed info on nine upcoming films for Phase 3 of its cinematic universe schedule. Included in the wave of news was the announcement of a Captain Marvel film, and it's notable because the film will star a female lead.
We picked 16 strong actresses we felt could capture the power of Captain Marvel and asked the IGN community to pick who would fit the character best.
