Daedalic Entertainment has announced a release date for Blackguards 2.
Players will be able to jump into the strategic RPG from January 20, 2015 for PC and Mac.
Blackguards 2 is based on RPG rulebook of The Dark Eye – a German tabletop RPG created by Schmidt Spiel & Freizeit GmbH and Droemer Knaur Verlag in 1984. Interestingly, The Dark Eye outsold the much-loved Dungeons & Dragons in the German Market.
Daedalic is keen to point out that the second iteration of Blackguards has been created and improved thanks to fan feedback from the first outing. According to Daedalic, the team added 'desired features,' 'unique enemies' along with 'improved gameplay' based off feedback from the original Blackguards.
