Barry and the team at STAR Labs have encountered several meta-humans, but The Flash finds himself up against an incredibly powerful one in "The Flash is Born." Tony can turn himself into solid girded steel, and that's not the most forgiving of substances. Cisco works on a plan to capture Tony, and based on previews, it might involve Barry creating a sonic boom.
