In another example of the growing move of notable film stars also appearing on TV, Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman will star in a limited-run series written by David E. Kelley.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the project is based on the New York Times bestseller Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. Per THR, the novel follows "three mothers to kindergartners whose seemingly perfect lives unravel to a murder-mystery that takes place during a disastrous parents' night at an elementary school fundraiser."
Kidman and Witherspoon will both exec produce alongside Kelley, while Big Little Lies author Moriarty will serve as producer.
