If your World of Warcraft account was active as of Friday, November 14, Blizzard is giving you five days' worth of subscription time to make up for the rocky Warlords of Draenor launch.
J. Allen Brack, the executive producer on World of Warcraft, publicly apologized to Warlords of Draenor players who experienced huge queue times, disconnects, and other issues around the expansion's launch date.
"The first two days of the expansion were not a great experience, with many of you facing high queues or significant gameplay problems. We worked around the clock to tackle the demand issues and technical challenges, and fortunately things started looking better on Saturday.
