The big-screen adaptation of Stephen King's It begins production next year, with True Detective's Cary Fukunaga directing.
It producer Dan Lin confirmed the news to Vulture, saying that "The idea is to start official prep in March for a summer shoot."
The story will be split into two movies. Fukunaga is only confirmed to be directing the first film, but is currently working out a deal to co-write the second.
