Swamp Thing has a knack of getting into the most epic trouble, doesn’t he? Of course, it’s highly likely that this is due to the fact that the character is often paired with an incredible creative team. This has certainly been the case for ol Swampy in the New 52, and that trend continues strong with Charles Soule. Issue #38 finds the deck stacked firmly against our moss-covered hero, as Soule begins to play every card he’s been sneaking up his sleeve throughout his run. In other words, this issue rocked.
