Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam has signed on to star in James Gray's Lost City of Z.
Hunnam will play Col. Percival Fawcett, a role that was originally going to be played by Brad Pitt, and then Benedict Cumberbatch. The film follows Fawcett, who was "a British colonial who disappeared in the 1920s while searching for a mythical city in the Amazon jungles of Brazil that he believed he discovered on a prior expedition."
Sienna Miller (American Sniper) and Robert Pattinson (Twilight) will also have lead roles in the film.
