Project Spartan, the new web browser set to replace Internet Explorer, will be coming in the next Windows 10 preview, Microsoft has teased.
On the company's Developer Channel website, we learn that a new Technical Preview build of the operating system is rolling out to Windows 10 Insiders, complete with an early version of Project Spartan, which appears as a "globe" in the task bar.
Project Spartan allows users to write directly onto web pages using Web Note, and supports Cortana, Microsoft's Siri-like equivalent which can answer questions and make recommendations.
Windows 10 will be a free upgrade to everyone currently using Windows 7 or 8. Even those who pirated the software will be eligible for the upgrade.
