Ra's al Ghul's (Matt Nable) assassins continue to stir up trouble for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) in Starling City. Their actions are ensuring that the police force and citizens of Starling view the Arrow as a threat rather than an ally. One of the League's attacks hits the mayor's office and ends up critically injuring Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh). A worried Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) stays by Ray's side in the hospital, and her mother Donna (Charlotte Ross) comes into town to offer support.
As Team Arrow tries to determine who exactly was responsible for the attack, Ra's al Ghul kidnaps Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne). See photos from the episode in the gallery below.
