Magnus: Robot Fighter has a long, complicated history. This is a character who has been around for 50 years and jumped from publisher to publisher. He's had several relaunches in those five decades. This new volume is another reboot; a fresh start and a great place to jump into a very cool world. It's difficult to tell what direction this new series will take after only one issue, but it's off to great start. No skirt though, which is a little sad.
