Yep, Sif helped!
This was a big episode for Agents of SHIELD, as it featured Jaime Alexander reprising her role from the Thor movies as Lady Sif. She may not be a title character or an Avenger, but Sif is a well liked part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the first true super hero from the MCU to make their way from the movies to the series. I had high hopes for this episode, and thankfully, they were met.
