Google canceled today's Android media event due to Hurricane Sandy (the event was supposed to take place on a pier in New York), but that hasn't stopped them from unveiling the new Nexus devices as planned.
First in line is Google's new flagship phone, the Nexus 4 by LG.
The Nexus 4's 4.7-inch display has full-HD resolution at 1280 x 768. Google says its 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM will make it the fastest phone on the market.
It has an 8 megapixel camera and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, and its 2100 mAh battery purportedly lasts 10 hours of talk time.
