FOX's midseason sitcom The Goodwin Games has halted production after the network reduced its order from 13 episodes to seven. Nevertheless, FOX still has plans to air those seven episodes sometime this spring, says EW.com.
The series comes from How I Met Your Mother's Craig Thomas and Carter Bays, and stars Scott Foley (Felicity) and Becki Newton, who formerly played Barney's stripper girlfriend Quinn. The story centers on two estranged siblings (Foley and Newton), who return home after their father's death and learn that his $23 million inheritance can be obtained by winning an elaborate game of Trivial Pursuit.
