Note: Full spoliers for the episode follow.
Nikita continued it's strong Season 3 start with an episode that saw Nikita's own distrust of authority reflected back to her in the desperate actions of a Division agent who ended up falling for the revolutionary zeal of an organization she was supposed to be spying on. It was a nice bit of symmetry to have Nikita sharing her doubts with a wounded Alex in the same Division medical bay where she told her they were going to try to save Division in "Homecoming."
Nikita's observation that she was always able to best Percy and his minions because she was more committed than they were, that indeed the goal of defeating Division was her greatest weapon, was yet more foreshadowing that the new arrangement of all our heroes working together at Division seems ultimately doomed to fail. I think Fletcher is a good guy, but I also think he has no problem keeping secrets, even from Nikita.
