Last month, IPL announced the StarCraft II Caster Search Contest . We received an overwhelming response, and out of over sixty applicants, we have narrowed down our pool to sixteen finalists. They will compete in successive rounds to determine who will receive a spot casting at IPL 5 in Las Vegas and a full-time job with the IGN Pro League.
Each finalist has submitted a new video to the IPL, which the public may now view and vote on who they want to see in the Top 8 of the contest. The public voting, coupled with the decisions of the IPL staff, will determine who will make it to the next round and come one step closer to becoming a professional caster with IPL.
