Disney XD have set the debut dates for their new animated series, Marvel’s Avengers Assemble and Marvel’s Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., with both series set to premiere on Sunday, July 7th on Disney XD. USA Today notes there will be a special one hour preview of Avengers Assemble shown first on May 26th.
The newest animated version of the Avengers, Avengers Assemble will be closely modeled after the blockbuster feature film, using the same team lineup -- Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye -- seen in the movie, with the notable addition of Falcon, who is set to be introduced in live action in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
