Despite the franchise's enduring popularity, there isn't a great deal of high-end RoboCop merchandise on the market. That might explain the astronomical prices Hot Toys' 1:6 scale RoboCop figure fetches on the secondary market. Luckily, Hot Toys are renewing their focus on the RoboCop license leading up to next year's reboot movie.
That means RoboCop lovers can expect a brand new take on the cybernetic hero. This week Hot Toys announced that RoboCop would be the newest entry in their Movie Masterpiece Series Diecast line. Not only does this figure feature a new and more movie-accurate sculpt, but it includes diecast metal armor for an even more authentic look.
